An Attorney Who Dreamed Of Helping Others When She Was A Child

Ellen S. Mandell first wanted to be a lawyer when she was four years old. Her unwavering focus on that dream means she has always had a passion for law, whether it was professional ethics or family law, as well as civil rights litigation, estate planning or public policy.

Regardless of whether it is family law matters or ethics issues, attorney Mandell has four decades of experience working in the courts. However, she encourages resolution either through formal collaborative processes or through informal settlement negotiations. While some attorneys claim to work in collaborative law, we have found that these attorneys were not really committed to these litigation alternatives even if it is often faster, less expensive and is less impactful to those involved. Inside or outside of court, we have the knowledge and experience to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
