My Practice
In my practice, I focus on issues related to:
- Professional ethics and responsibility. I represent a broad range of professionals who face allegations of professional misconduct, including lawyers, doctors, engineers and others. I have served on the Cuyahoga County Bar Association's grievance committee for over 25 years and have represented the bar association in grievance matters before the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
- Divorce and legal separation. I work with men and women at all stages of a divorce or separation proceeding, from the initial filing through requests for enforcement or modification of existing orders. I support amicable solutions with a collaborative approach to solving family law problems. I am also fully prepared to aggressively protect your interests in court.
- Child custody and visitation. I handle all matters related to child custody and visitation, working with parents to promote the best interest of minor children and protect the child-parent relationship. I serve as a guardian ad litem in the domestic relations court and have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of children in divorce proceedings.
